REMUNERATION DISCLOSURE
Monument Private Office charges fees for credit intermediation services, as set out in the Initial Disclosure Document (Document d'Information Préalable) provided to clients prior to engagement. Monument may also receive commissions (frais de courtage / procuration fees) from lenders, which are fully disclosed to clients. No fee may be charged or collected before the actual disbursement of loan funds.

If you are dissatisfied with our response to a complaint relating to credit intermediation services, you may refer the matter free of charge to our appointed consumer mediator. Monument Private Office is a member of CNCEF, which has established a framework mediation agreement with CMAP:

If you are dissatisfied with our service, you may submit a complaint by email to info@mnt-privateoffice.com or in writing to our registered office. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to provide a substantive response within the applicable regulatory timeframe.
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if no response has been received within the required period, you have the right to refer the matter free of charge to the relevant consumer mediator indicated in sections 02 and 03 above, according to the nature of your complaint.
You may also file a complaint with our supervisory authority, the ACPR, at acpr.banque-france.fr.
